Consulting Services
Strategy
Specialising in developing a “Strategy on a Page,” Maggie distils a strategic plan into a succinct, actionable document, highlighting key objectives, priorities, and actions. This concise format enables effective communication of the strategy effectively across all levels of the organisation, ensuring alignment and driving focused execution. With strategic clarity, and an actionable plan, staff can deliver against measurable actions to achieve strategic goals.
Culture
Having worked with a number of great organisations that provide specialist culture programs, Maggie has observed that organisations can need additional support after a program ceases. With a hands-on pragmatic approach, she assists organisations to build on the culture program and embed practices that are effective and sustainable. For organisations that do not have the financial capacity for specialist culture programs, she provides pragmatic solutions utilising staff surveys.
Change Management
As a senior executive Maggie has extensive experience in leading reform and transformation projects underpinned by strong change management processes. She has a proven track record of developing and executing strategies incorporating the key components of success: Clarity of the strategic direction, goals and actions - especially the “why”; Effective communication to secure employee engagement; A focus on organisation culture required for the future state.
Workshop Facilitator
Maggie is a skilled workshop facilitator, developing interactive and results-oriented workshops in consultation with the organisation’s leaders. The outcomes of the workshop are documented and provided back to the organisation in an agreed format. At times, organisations simply need someone to facilitate a workshop that the organisation has the plan for. Maggie provides this service, focused on achieving the goals of the workshop set by the organisation.
Contract Executive
With over 20 years of experience as a senior executive, Maggie can fill short-term executive roles, backfilling a vacancy or delivering a critical project that requires high-level expertise on a short term-basis, such as change management projects. She will bring strategic acumen, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to stabilise teams during periods of change.
Maggie also provides mentoring services, sharing her vast experience with emerging and experienced leaders.
